The report should identify clearly that the student has
observed the behaviour of others. They should explain how these people
establish commitment from others and how they communicate on the three
different levels.
The report should also show that the student has used their understanding
of social skills to establish contact with others at the essence level.
They should explain how they did this and the differences they observed
between the different levels of listening.
