The report should provide evidence that the student has reflected upon and appraised their current level of social skills capabilities. The student should also show that they have analysed any significant findings, such as a substantial difference between their own score and that of the other person.In the boxes provided the student should identify one area of social skills that they would like to improve, any current strengths in that area and list improvement ideas. The answer should show that the student has used the Johari Windows exercise to set a clear goal for improving their social skills and has identified how they will achieve this improvement.
