For a chosen organisation, apply the Heartmath Institute’s three levels of listening:

For each category, the student should provide at least one example of that level of listening within their organisation and the proportion of communication that takes place at each level.

Word level
Feeling level
Essence level

The report should demonstrate that the student understands the three levels of listening and can apply them to actual situations that they observe.

They should also show that they have analysed the frequency with which each type of listening is used within their organisation.

The report will also address the impact that this has on their organisation.
