Ontalinks webmaster has received zillions of these lately. Just look
at it... notice anything odd? Well first it points to this chumps original
local C drive, and is therefore not a location on the net !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The chump who originated this one pointed the source code to a file on
their own hard drive.
To the best of my knowledge and belief there never has been a version
3 of ICQ.
Advice
1. Never download a version of ICQ from anywhere except from
www.icq.com

is incredulous, but believe it or not, forwarding a message does actually
that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it forwards a message. That's all folks !!! nothing
more. How more of a chump can you be to fall for this one when
the URL is not even a genuine one

If your in any doubt about the authenticity of a URL, try it before
you forward it to your contact list. This one leads nowhere other than
