Hey coach, it's me again! In your opinion, what is the best full court press you have ever seen? Basically, I run a man press and trap everywhere except the no ball area (middle). Please give me some thoughts on this, our kids are quick (sixth form level) and scrappy, our league has some of the top teams in the area! |

Press depends on personnel. Quickness all over would best be served by full court man denial and traps by anyone in trapping areas with rotations to secondary traps. I would suggest a man press from a zone press alignment three-quarter court to complement man as quick inbounding teams can negate the constant pressure somewhat. |
